At Petzovia LLC, we want you and your pets to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance products
- Opened pet grooming or hygiene items
- Products damaged after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
For size or color exchanges, please contact our support team before sending the item back to confirm availability.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
