1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • We’re unable to accept returns for the following:
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
  • For size, color, or product exchanges, please contact us before returning your item so we can confirm availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is confirmed.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval:

  1. First, check your bank or card account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
